International Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities
-Be responsible for organizing insight into the global middle and high-end battery industry market, identifying market opportunities, tapping project opportunities, guiding customer needs, and formulating or adjusting sales strategies in a timely manner according to changes in market conditions.
-Formulate annual sales plans and phased sales goals according to the global market situation and the company's strategic planning.
-Implement the sales task of the company's products, organize marketing activities, carry out sales activities, guide and lead the team to achieve sales targets.
-Responsible for the construction and management of the marketing team, including personnel recruitment, training, assessment, rewards and punishments.
-Control the whole process of project implementation, execution and payment collection;
-Responsible for maintaining the relationship with old customers, developing new customers, handling emergencies, and constantly improving customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
-Bachelor degree or above, proficient in English, more than 5 years of sales management experience in middle and high-end lighting industry, and experience in international first-class lighting brands is preferred.
-Have customer resources, be familiar with the market layout and industry information of overseas lighting, and understand the policy direction of overseas battery industry.
-Have excellent mining and analysis ability, and have rich experience in product marketing and promotion.
-Possess good public relations and entertainment skills, customer development and maintenance, and skilled business negotiation skills, strong team building experience, good at coordinating resources and mobilizing team enthusiasm.
-Good personal image, strong ability to resist pressure, quick response and clear thinking.

Battery Engineering Manager
Job Responsibilities
-To create and manage portfolio of battery technologies to ensure a sufficient and robust R&D pipeline, based on the various technology domains per new platform or upgrade target.
-To be accountable for delivering battery enabling technologies to the System Integration Team, meeting all success criteria and with a defined technical model and locked specifications to allow for a successful hand off with the System Integration team.
-To ensure that all battery new and innovative technologies are protected by secure IP with maximum breadth of coverage, partnering with the LEX department for patent work, and that any new technology or process is adequately protected in line with the wider IP Strategy.
-Responsible for the verification of new battery Technologies, by working with external suppliers and from our own testing facilities, to ensure that device safety, quality and performance requirements are able to be achieved.
-To partner closely with Open Innovations and Technology Partners to identify new technologies on market and consumer insights to ensure portfolio technology aligns with consumer requirements.
-Responsible for providing effective leadership to the direct reports - to include coaching, performance management and Career Development
Qualifications
-Comprehensive knowledge and experience of design and evaluation of battery technologies Knowledge and experience with the manufacturing processes used in Lithium based cell manufacturing
-Knowledge and experience with Battery Management Systems and PCM integrated circuits Knowledge and experience with Cell and Battery Safety Standards and features
-Experience of managing activities in a rapid prototyping team
-Planning and implementation skills
-Experience of supporting a portfolio of projects in an engineering focused role
-Comprehensive understanding of battery industry and battery manufacturing process
-Awareness of contemporary consumer products innovation techniques
-Good Interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence key stakeholders.
-Fluent in English
-Strong planning, implementation, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
-Persistence, attention to detail, and great collaboration skills working internally and with external partners.
-Willing and able to lead and manage people through Technical Development Projects.
-Ability to influence in technical and commercial functions to support the strategic direction of core projects and ensure consumer-centric initiatives and product designs.
-Ability to effectively integrate our diverse and ever-changing consumer insights into the Device-Technology program
