Interpretation and application of micro switch

Micro switch is a kind of pressure actuation switch, also known as sensitive switch. A small trip, instantaneous action of the main switch. Micro switch is a small contact switch, hand touch on the switch, often used in factories for short circuit, overcurrent protection inside the big switch. When the external mechanical force is used to operate the button, the button will move down, through the hook to the spring stretch. When the spring is pulled to a certain length, the moving reed moves down rapidly, and the contact at the right end of the moving reed turns to contact with the normally open contact below, so as to realize the conversion of the circuit. If the external force is removed, the contact is transiently changed under the action of the spring restoring force. Add some roller or pressure block, can derive other structure type of micro switch, can adapt to different purposes. Widely used in mouse, household appliances, industrial machinery, motorcycle and other places, although the switch is small, but plays an irreplaceable role.
The working principle of the micro switch is: the external mechanical force ACTS on the action reed through the transmission element (press pin, button, lever, roller, etc.), and accumulates energy to the critical point, producing instantaneous action, so that the moving contact at the end of the action reed and the fixed contact are quickly connected or disconnected. When the acting force on the drive element is removed, the action reed generates the reverse action force. When the reverse stroke of the drive element reaches the critical point of action of the reed, the reverse action is completed instantaneously. The contact distance of micro switch is small, action stroke is short, press power is small, on and off quickly. The action speed of the moving contact has nothing to do with the action speed of the drive element. Micro switch to the pin type as the basic type, can be derived button short stroke type, button long stroke type, button extra stroke type, roller button type, reed roller type, lever roller type, short arm type, long arm type and so on. Microswitches are used in electronic and other devices for automatic control and safety protection of frequently changing circuits. Micro switch is divided into large, medium, small, according to different needs can have waterproof type (put in the liquid environment to use) and ordinary type, switch connection two lines, for electrical appliances, machines and so on to provide power off control.
The control of micro - switch is realized by means of throttle - pull - line CAM. The micro switch is installed in the appropriate position of the pull line CAM. When the throttle pull line CAM is returned to its position, stand up against the micro switch arm and disconnect the power supply of the electromagnetic coil of the relay. The relay disconnects and stops power supply to the electric turbine to make the product stop working. Similarly, when the throttle valve is opened, the throttle pull line CAM loosens the micro switch arm, the micro switch is closed, the relay electromagnetic coil power is connected, the relay is closed, the power is supplied to the electric turbine, and the product works. By using the position of the pull line CAM at different engine speed to turn the micro switch on and off, the switching time of the electric turbocharger can be controlled artificially.
